i enjoyed the parking a lot. i had free hotel bus into the central area. i also used the available car garage. this hotel are very kid friendly it had high chairs and cots.
the elevator to the junior suites felt old. it was also slow and noisy. waiting took over five minutes sometimes.

the room are clean and well kept. linens are immaculate white. beds and pillows are comfortable and i rested really well there.

The staff was very helpful, particularly Silvia at reception. I found her information helpful. The rooms were clean. The housekeeping staff was attentive. Underground parking provided definite convenience (a real plus).
The room seemed a bit old, requiring some updating.

The hotel enjoys a location that is easily walkable. The center is approximately 15 minutes away by foot, allowing guests easy access. The area is just removed enough from the busy tourist areas, offering a quieter stay.

Breakfast presented a great variety of options. I thought the variety was very tasty. I found the juices to be fresh (especially the orange).

My suite included two balconies and ample fridge space. This allowed me to keep food purchases fresh. The room was spacious and clean. It also felt modern.

The receptionists were helpful. They managed to arrange for the restaurant to cook for a group of ten guests after a very late arrival (it was a nice gesture). The food was tasty and the restaurant looked elegant to me.
The hotel seemed busy with conferences. This did not provide a true experience of the area. I have stayed in nicer hotels for a similar price, actually (this one felt corporate).

i was disappointed because the room key stopped working early on the day of departure. the front desk staff denied any responsibility and that was frustrating.
